General Martín Perfecto de Cos :
"I am General Martín Perfecto de Cos. These settlers don't seem to understand that this is Mexico, and the Mexican government can and will enforce its laws."
*Cos is a bit more of a general's general. He holds the Texans in contempt and thinks they should toe the line and have more appreciation for the land Mexico has given them. Mexican General who fortified the Alamo before losing it to the Texians. This person should be a native Spanish speaker. Cos was the first Mexican officer over the wall in the Alamo attack.

Colonel Juan Almonte
"My name is Colonel Juan Almonte. I wrote a secret report. I think Tejas, or Texas, will soon be an economic powerhouse, but—in my view—we will lose it if we don't give certain rights and freedoms to the immigrants."
*Almonte is more scholarly. He kept extensive diaries and was focused on documenting and reporting. But still a respected colonel who knows how to command men. He was a Mexican military officer and aide-de-camp to Santa Anna during the Texas Revolution. He witnessed the fall of the Alamo and later surrendered to Texian forces at the Battle of San Jacinto.
